This policy covers the Mediterra AI website at mediterraai.com. Each Mediterra AI product has its own policy for the information it handles.

Email contact

The contact and update-request forms compose an email in your device's email app. The website does not submit or store the form. If you send the email, we receive the address and details included in that message.

How we use information

We use email inquiries to reply and update requests to send studio news. We may also keep email records when needed for security or legal obligations.

Service data

Firebase Hosting, Firestore, Firebase App Check, reCAPTCHA Enterprise, and Google Fonts process standard request information when they deliver the website, public announcements, abuse protection, and fonts. On Notes routes, reCAPTCHA Enterprise sets the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie to assess abuse. The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or advertising cookies.

Storage and sharing

Sent messages are stored by our email provider. We do not sell or rent personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or disclose it except to service providers, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention and choices

We keep emails only while needed for these purposes or a legal obligation. Email hello@mediterraai.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or to stop studio updates.

Links to product sites, app stores, and other services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy as the website changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
